Tunnocks Carmel Wafers are 5 layers of wafer, 4 layers of caramel, fully coated in real milk chocolate.

The Tunnock family has always owned and opperated the company since starting in 1890, outside of Glasgow Scotland. I managed to get some great teacakes and caramel wafers home from Scotland and am so glad to memorialize my love for the country via food art.
