Taco Heart Breakfast Tacos

Nano Wheedan moved from Philly to Austin in the early 2000’s with aspirations of becoming a rockstar. He had no luck finding a breakfast sandwich; there were apparently none to be had. One might argue his life’s path was altered when he eventually discovered breakfast tacos.
After a decade of trying to become a rockstar, and working in food, he returned home to South Philly with a love for breakfast tacos expressed through pop-ups during the pandemic. Eventually he opened Taco Heart, near the Italian Market, creating a breakfast hot spot that I consider a sunshiny breakfast sanctuary.
This breakfast taco composition is made of:
"Nano's Fave" (egg, bacon, broccoli, cheddar, avocado),
"Carinne's Fave" (refried pinto beans, bacon, cheese, avocado),
and "Migas" (egg, tortilla chips, tomato, onion, cilantro, cheese, avocado).
