From the Cheese Portraits series.

I could not pass up taking advantage of this unique experience of having access to an entire wheel of this incredible clothbound cheddar. I enjoyed painting a full clothbound wedge and a cut wedge with wonderful texture. This painting is even larger than previous ones and I got to really sink my teach into the textures of this extraordinary cheese.
Montgomery's Cheddar is one of the best in the world and I am in heaven having a huge wheel of it to eat, and share, and paint for all eternity.
